We also reserve the right to withdraw from a contract when there is an obvious error or inaccuracy in the way goods or prices for goods are represented. Order Progress & Availability Of Goods You Order

We will keep you updated on the progress of your order and let you know when you can expect your delivery. In addition, feel free to get in touch if you would like further updates on your order.

If a product becomes unavailable we will endeavour to contact you as soon as possible and give you a timescale of availability. If you choose to ask for a refund rather than wait for a product we will issue the refund as soon as possible and within 30 days of payment having been made.

Delivery of Goods To You

We welcome orders from Overseas Customers. Shipping charges for delivery to Europe and Worldwide are stated on the website. Overseas Customers are responsible for any customs duties that may arise.

We will endeavour to deliver goods to you as soon as possible after receiving your order.

Goods paid for by you become your property when

​

• they are picked up by you in person (if we are selling to you directly)

 

• they are delivered to you at the address you named when ordering or an attempted delivery is made; you are responsible for providing accurate address details for the delivery of goods

From that point onwards the risk for any loss or damage rests with the customer.

Force Majeure

We shall not be held liable for non-delivery of goods to you because of events and circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Returns Policy

You may return any damaged goods or any goods sent to you by us in error without any cost to yourself. Please contact us to arrange this.

If you have changed your mind or ordered the wrong items you may return goods within 30 days provided that they are in their original package, unused and in perfect condition. You may return such goods at your own risk and bear the cost of postage for returning them. You may consider using a Signed For or Tracked Service.
